Intensive English Course in Miami (20 lessons/week)
The Intensive English Course (20 lessons/week) in Miami is based around communication with a heavy emphasis on developing speaking and listening skills. Our Intensive English course (20 lessons/week) is specially designed to encourage ESL students to improve their oral skills. With six levels of study, this course utilises a comprehensive curriculum covering numerous integrated skills like grammar, vocabulary & idioms, speaking & listening, and reading & writing.
Students on the Intensive English Course (20 lessons/week) in Miami will study English with our professional, experienced and attentive teachers who guide students towards English fluency by using creative and useful learning activities. With 14 or less students in the classes, there is plenty of opportunity to practice your English and meet new friends in the process.
There are six different class levels, from beginner through proficient. Students take a placement test at the start of the course to ensure they are put in the right class for their level. At the end of each four-week session, students will receive a written evaluation and have the chance to discuss their progress in a one-on-one meeting with one of their teachers. After each three month semester, students receive a report card. In addition, students receive a GEOS certificate when they finish their course.
Our Intensive English Course (20 lessons/week) in Miami meets five days per week, for a total of 20 lessons each week. Students work with two different teachers (one for the morning class and one for the afternoon class) as well as the most relevant and useful textbooks and materials available.

Integrated Skills Class
During this class, students study four English skills - reading, writing, speaking and listening - through a “Communicative Language Teaching” methodology. New grammar patterns are learned in the context of a conversation or a real-life situation. Students also use various activities to practice English conversation including listening tasks, role plays, and discussions. Practical reading and writing tasks and vocabulary studies are presented as well in our 6 available levels.
Active Listening Class
During this class, students will cover a variety of topics while practicing English conversation management, conversational styles, and pronunciation. Students learn commonly-used idioms and slang in a communicative way. Teachers also use various activities to practice these new idioms including listening tasks, role play, and discussion.

A GEOS English class uses a comprehensive curriculum, focusing particularly on oral communication. Our experienced and highly qualified teachers help students to improve their conversational skills by using a variety of useful, creative activities. There are six different levels of study, ranging from beginner through proficient with a placement test to ensure students are put in the right class. At the end of each four-week session, students will receive a written evaluation and have a one-on-one with their teacher to discuss progress and future goals. After each three month semester, students will receive a report card, and students who complete the Intensive English Course (20 lessons/week) in Miami will be awarded with a certificate.
