In most cases, once you have applied
to the university you will be issued
with a conditional letter of acceptan-
ce. You may have to pay a deposit,
but you can use this letter alongside
GEOS’ letter of acceptance to get your
study permit.
Some countries don’t need both let-
ters to issue a study permit; therefo-
re it is sometimes possible to come
to
GEOS Languages PLUS
and pick
your college or university program
later on.

on schedule to meet your deadlines.
We will also arrange for you to meet
the college admissions staff so you
can get to know as much as possible
about your program.
Of course, it’s possible to switch pro-
grams, and we can help you to ensu-
re you are making the best decision.
Generally you will finish your English
studies a few months before you start
college. Most students continue to do
academic preparation with us, giving
them an advantage over other inter-
national students when they start col-
lege classes.

The basic package of documents
which is required for a college or uni-
versity application generally includes:
Application Form
Application Fee (if required)
Official Original Educational Tran-
scripts translated (approved or regis-
tered if required)
Proof of English proficiency:
GEOS Level 6 completion and/or IELTS,
TOEFL,Test DAF or DELE Test results
Proof of Financial Support (may be
necessary)
Apply to the college
or university of your
choice
Submit your application to your col-
lege or university with the full support
of
GEOS Languages PLUS
