Homestays in San Francisco
The GEOS Homestays in San Francisco are intended to give visiting international students a first-hand experience of San Francisco's culture by sharing in the everyday life and activities of the host family. As well as using the practical English language skills learned in school, it is also expected that students participate in family activities in order to get a holistic view of life in the multicultural city of San Francisco.
The GEOS homestays in San Francisco are available as either a private or 2 bedded room. Both options include a desk, storage space, and a personal bed. Students can also choose between our half-board homestays (2 meals Monday-Friday / 3 meals on weekends) or our full-board homestays in San Francisco (all meals).
Homestays in San Francisco will be assigned to students based on their personality and / or special needs. In order find the perfect homestay in San Francisco, a staff member from the language school visits each homestay with our students’ interests in mind. Host families additionally undergo an official police background check. Our goal is to provide students with an educational, vibrant and secure living environment. All of our hmestays in San Francisco are conveniently located in safe neighborhoods within the city limits or neighboring suburbs.
