The GEOS Orange County staff members organize daily after-class activities for juniors (and occasionally weekend activities) for our young international students studying abroad in Costa Mesa. Of course, these after class activities will vary by season. A few examples after class activities include trips to Disneyland and Huntington Beach, games, movies, sports, parties, and much more!
Students may also be taken on a small road trip from Orange County to downtown Los Angeles. Depending on the local events calander, students may be encouraged to buy tickets to the Los Angeles Philharmonic, the Los Angeles Opera or the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra.

Los Angeles, Costa Mesa, and the entire Orange County region offer fantastic cultural events and social activities throughout the year. This is, without a doubt, one of the biggest advantages of participating in a study abroad program in Orange County, California!
