The reason was everything in Canada is new for me. The laws and rules for working are different from my country. Also, this program helped me to know the way of talking to the customers. My co-workers and my boss were amazed that I knew how to communicate with the customers. I'm working at a Japanese restaurant. I serve the meals for the customers, take orders, have some small talks with the customers, and count the bills. It was so stressful at the beginning because I did something wrong almost every day....
