Homestays in Devon
The GEOS Homestays in Devon are intended to give international students a first hand experience of Devon's culture by sharing in the everyday life of the homestay family. In addition to using the practical English language skills learned in school, it is also expected that students participate in family activities in order to get a complete view of life in Devon.
Our homestays in Devon give students the choice to stay in either a private or 2 bedded room furnished of a desk, storage space, and a personal bed. Students will have the option of choosing between a half-board homestay (provides 2 meals Monday-Friday and 3 meals on the weekend) or a full-board homestays in Devon (provides all meals).
Students will be placed in the homestay that is best suited to their personality and/or needs. With our students’ interests in mind, a GEOS staff member personally visits each of our homestays in Devon. Homestay families also undergo a police background check. Our top priority is to provide our students with a secure, educational and vibrant environment. All of our homestays in Devon are in safe, comfortable neighborhoods in Exmouth or in its neighboring suburbs.
